Mad Millie 4 L Vegetarian Rennet (Tablet Strip x 10)

Rennet tablets can be used in all cheese.

Each rennet tablet will clot between 25 - 50 litres milk.

This is a vegetarian rennet product. Dissolve the rennet tablet in 20ml- 40ml of cold pasteurised water before adding to the milk.
